Somboon Advance Technology Public Company Limited (SAT) Joins CAC Certification Ceremony 1/2025 “Business Integrity in Action”
On May 8,2025, Somboon Advance Technology Public Company Limited (SAT), represented by Mr. Wasumet Kulchote, Assistant General Manager - Internal Audit, and Mr. Satit Tangchitpreechathai, Assistant General Manager – Legal and Corporate Governance, proudly participated in the CAC Certification Ceremony 1/2025 under the theme "Business Integrity in Action" . The company has been recognized as one of the first 50 organizations to join the “Call Out Corruption” (Rieak-Rub…Rao-Rong) initiative, organized by the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC), in collaboration with the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD), the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), and allied networks.
This initiative aims to promote whistleblowing as part of a broader culture of integrity, ethics, and participation in anti-corruption efforts within the private sector. This initiative reinforces the company's commitment to ethics and good governance as a foundation for sustainable growth, while also contributing to the creation of a transparent and corruption-free society in Thailand.
