Somboon Forging Technology Co., Ltd. (SFT), a subsidiary of SAT Donates Electric Tricycle to Map Ta Phut Technical College

On March 20, 2025, Somboon Forging Technology Co., Ltd. (SFT), a subsidiary of SAT, represented by Mr. Marut Boonprasert, Plant Manager (SFT), donated an electric tricycle to Map Ta Phut Technical College as a teaching aid during the event "MTP: The Power of Vocational Education – Skilled Professionals, Nation Builders." This donation aims to enhance learning in electric vehicle technology within vocational education institutions, equipping students with the necessary skills and knowledge to keep pace with the evolving automotive industry.

The ceremony was honored by Dr. Siri Jirapongphan, former Minister of Energy, as the event’s chairman. Also attending as distinguished witnesses were Dr. Siriphan Chumnum, (former Deputy Secretary-General of Vocational Education Commission (OVEC)), Ms. Prapai Numthawat, Senior Advisor ,Petroleum and Energy Institute of Thailand, and M.R. Worakorn Worawan, Energy, expert level.
