ประวัติความเป็นมาของบริษัท
บริษัท สมบูรณ์ แอ๊ดวานซ์ เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (มหาชน) (“บริษัทฯ” หรือ “SAT“) ก่อตั้งเมื่อวันที่ 14 กันยายน 2538 ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 80 ล้านบาท เพื่อประกอบธุรกิจผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ โดยมีผลิตภัณฑ์หลักคือ เพลาข้าง (Axle Shaft) ต่อมาในปี 2547 ได้เพิ่มทุนจดทะเบียนเป็น 226 ล้านบาท โดยเสนอขายให้กับผู้ถือหุ้นเดิม และได้แปลงสภาพเป็นบริษัทมหาชนจำกัด เมื่อวันที่ 31 มกราคม 2548 ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 300 ล้านบาท แบ่งเป็นหุ้นสามัญจำนวน 300 ล้านหุ้น มูลค่าที่ตราไว้หุ้นละ 1 บาท ปัจจุบันบริษัท มีทุนจดทะเบียน 425,193,894 บาท
เมื่อวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2565 บริษัทได้ปรับโครงสร้างกิจการโดยเปลี่ยนลักษณะการประกอบธุรกิจของบริษัทเป็น บริษัทโฮลดิ้ง (Holding Company) ตามมติที่ประชุมวิสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นครั้งที่ 1/2564 เมื่อวันที่ 9 กันยายน 2564
บริษัทมีสำนักงานใหญ่ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 215 หมู่ที่ 2 ถนนเทพรัตน ตำบลบางโฉลง อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ
